Goodwill Glitter Gala & Recycled Fashion Show

Last night was the Glitter Gala - the benefit and preview for this weekend's famous Glitter Sale at Seattle's Goodwill Thrift Shop.

The highlight of the evening was certainly the fashion show: “Past, Present and Future”, which was a collaboration between Seattle Goodwill, the Seattle Art Institute and Robert Leonard Salon and Day Spa. We LOVE the looks pictured at right, and not just because they're black and white (our signature colors). These garments are proof that a great cut never goes out of style.

All of the vintage and secondhand pieces featured in the fashion show will be on sale tomorrow and Sunday. For details, see our first Goodwill Glitter post HERE. And if you are so lucky to get your hands on the find of all finds, tell us about it. Just leave us a comment about your favorite vintage or secondhand score.

Happy shopping!

Save the Date! Seattle's Goodwill Glitter Sale

No fashion is more sustainable and responsible than those pieces which already exist. Whether you buy vintage, consignment, recycled, or reclaimed, the fact remains that timeless styling, quality workmanship, and the fortune of a caring owner are the hallmarks of good secondhand fashion.

The only thing that makes buying secondhand better? How about snagging it at amazing prices while supporting a good cause. Achieve all this at the Seattle Goodwill Glitter Sale November 15 and 16.

Shop secondhand and vintage fashions from designers like Chloe, Calvin Klein, Jimmy Choo and more at Goodwill's low prices. All proceeds from the sale benefit the Goodwill's job training and education programs throughout the area.
